One Machine Tests Both Nozzles and Pipes
This machine performs air flow testing for both nozzles and pipes. One system covers two types of tests.
For nozzle testing, we measure flow characteristics at different lift positions. Manual lift adjustment uses a fine thread, while displacement is measured with a Mitutoyo dial gauge. The gauge has a 10 mm range and 0.02 mm accuracy. Pressure is controlled by an SMC precision regulator with a 0–1 MPa range and 0.01 MPa accuracy. Flow is measured using an OMEGA flow meter, with a 0–10 L/min range and ±1% of full scale accuracy. Tooling includes quick-lock fixtures and reliable seals.
For pipe testing, both straight and bent pipes are supported. A manual quick-clamping fixture holds the pipe securely. The tapered seal ensures no air leakage. Pressure is controlled with an SMC precision regulator (0–1 MPa, 0.01 MPa accuracy), and flow is measured by an OMEGA flow meter (0–100 L/min, ±1% of full scale). Loading and unloading are fast, and the system is highly compatible with different pipe sizes.
The frame is made of 45×45 mm industrial aluminum profile for strength and durability. The table surface is SUS304 stainless steel with a 20 mm thick wooden panel, making it durable and easy to clean. The system provides digital direct readings for easy monitoring.
