We built this shared production line for two types of fuel hose connectors. You do not need to adjust the machine when switching models - that is the value of custom non-standard design. Our company has been doing this since 2010, giving us extensive experience.


The assembly consists of 13 precise steps: shell loading, O-ring 1 assembly, spacer assembly, O-ring 2 assembly, ring press fitting, clip press fitting, pull force test, air tightness test, quantitative oil spraying, laser marking, and automatic sorting.
We have two key inspection procedures to ensure that connectors are neither loose nor leaking.


• Pull force testing: Four stations test simultaneously. The machine determines whether the locking force meets the requirement and records the data automatically.
• Air tightness testing: Eight stations test simultaneously using an ATEQ leak tester, a high-precision device. The assembly line triggers an alarm immediately if leakage exceeds the limit.
Four Layers of Error-Proofing
We implemented four layers of protection:
1. Vision: checks correct color.
2. Photoelectric: verifies the presence of parts.
3. Displacement: ensures height accuracy.
4. Pressure monitoring: confirms tight fitting.
Missing, wrong, or extra parts cannot pass through.


This automotive fuel hose connector assembly line supports flexible model change, allowing you to run two types of connectors without manual adjustment. The core tests are pull force and ATEQ air tightness, and the error-proofing methods include vision, photoelectric, displacement, and pressure monitoring.
It is a non-standard, custom, fully automatic line that starts with a single button and requires no manual operation. Test data is saved automatically, allowing full traceability.
