This is the final test machine for struts, also called the EOL (End-of-Line) tester. Every strut must go through this machine, and only those that pass all tests leave the factory. The machine performs seven tests: motor power, coasting power, current, voltage, phase difference, Hall signals, stroke, and noise. All tests run automatically. Real car conditions are simulated, including door load conditions, to ensure the strut operates properly. Strange noises, vibration, and direction-change performance are checked. The Electric Strut Assembly Performance Tester features vibration isolation and noise reduction, keeping the background noise at or below 35 dB.
Every Test Shows a Curve on the Screen
The noise level meets professional listening room standards, making it very quiet. A process curve for each test is displayed on the screen. Upper and lower limits can be set, and the machine will alarm if a test exceeds the limits. All data are saved automatically. The machine uses a programmable power supply and an industrial computer with a data management system for control.
