Electric Strut Greasing Machine

This machine sprays grease on electric strut screw shafts. The product rotates automatically while the spray nozzle moves along the shaft, ensuring even coverage over the entire surface with no missed spots. The machine also injects grease into pipes, including specially shaped pipes and inner support pipes. A precise dosing system controls the exact amount of grease, avoiding over- or under-application.

A QR code traceability system links the coupling assembly, damper assembly, and inner support pipe. By scanning the QR codes for these components, the machine binds them together for full traceability.

Once greasing is complete, the machine assembles the components immediately. The process is continuous, so parts do not need to be moved between stations. The worker loads the parts once, and the machine performs rotating, spraying, injecting, and assembly automatically. This ensures high efficiency and consistent results.
