Automotive Door Lock Performance Testing Equipment

This is the final test machine for door locks. Every lock must pass through this machine. It performs mechanical function testing, electrical parameter measurement, and force and displacement verification-all in one.

Four mechanical functions are tested automatically: the primary latch, secondary latch, switch operation, and snow load function. Electrical parameters, including latching current, unlatching current, and voltage stability, are monitored in real time. The system automatically decides pass or fail and triggers an alarm if any measurement exceeds the limit.

Force and displacement tests use servo control. The machine measures pull force, simulated force, closing force, and torque. Servo drives precisely control displacement while sensors collect accurate force data. The results are displayed clearly on the screen, including pass/fail status, total production count, good count, and bad count. Parameters can be set by the user, curves can be checked, and all data can be saved for traceability.
