End Face Alignment That Never Changes

This machine assembles the turbine housing and core assembly. The turbine housing is placed into a pneumatic chuck, which automatically aligns the end face and clamps the part. Positioning precision is extremely high: the combination of pneumatic chuck and end face alignment ensures the same assembly position every time, even when switching products.

Core steps include: turbine housing positioning and clamping, core assembly, plate screw pre-loading, torque-controlled tightening, and automatic unloading.
