Automotive Hose Connector Automatic Assembly Line

We built this automatic assembly line for N16 automotive hose connectors. Our company has been developing non-standard automation since 2010, giving us 15 years of experience. This line demonstrates our expertise. You care most about quality, so we implemented two layers of error-proofing.

The first layer is single-station inspection. Each station checks its parts independently. A vision system inspects the exterior, a displacement sensor measures dimensions, and a pressure sensor monitors force. If the machine detects a defective part, it automatically removes it.

The second layer is station interlock. The next station only starts if the previous station passes inspection. If any station encounters an error, the entire line stops. We save all test data, allowing you to trace product quality back to the beginning.

This automotive hose connector automatic assembly line operates fully automatically. It has eight stations: shell loading, O-ring assembly, press ring assembly, wire assembly, internal vacuum cleaning, seal testing, O-ring oiling, laser marking, and automatic sorting.

We understand that you need proof. Here are the facts: this line is designed for N16 series parts. The core processes include loading, assembly, cleaning, testing, oiling, marking, and sorting. For error-proofing, we use vision, displacement, photoelectric, and leak testing systems.

This is a non-standard, custom, fully automatic assembly line. We ship it only after completing a full pre-shipment test, and we also allow third-party inspections. Our team handles sales, project management, and after-sales service. We provide pictures and videos at each milestone.

The line comes with a 3- to 6-month warranty. Payment is 50% upfront and 50% before shipment. We accept RMB only, with EXW trade terms. You pick up the machine from our factory.
