Automotive Tubing Sealing Test Equipment

This machine tests the airtightness of automotive pipe assemblies. The operator loads and clamps the part, and the machine performs all tests automatically. If the part passes, it is marked with a QR code; if it fails, the machine triggers an alarm.

The test consists of five steps:
1. Port A: Positive pressure at 60 kPa. Leakage < 5 mL/min is acceptable.
2. Port B: Positive pressure at 60 kPa, while testing the one-way valve for backflow prevention. Leakage < 5 mL/min.
3. Port C: Negative pressure at 60 kPa. Leakage < 5 mL/min.
4. Port D: Valve powered at 13.5 V. Flow must exceed 148 mL/min.
5. Laser Marking: If all tests pass, a laser marks a QR code on the valve body side.

The machine covers all four ports (A, B, C, D), testing positive and negative pressure, flow, one-way valve function, and solenoid valve function. Clamping is manual, making operation simple. The system supports multiple pipe sizes, with fast changeover. If any step fails, the machine stops and alarms; the defective part does not move forward.
