Electric Strut Crimping Machine

This machine performs three operations: assembly, crimping, and dimpling. First, the inner support pipe QR code is scanned, followed by the motor end connector QR code. The system binds these two parts together. The machine then automatically assembles the gearbox connector seat, rubber pad, motor connector, main tube, and seal pad. Servo control ensures precise dimple position and depth, strictly following drawing specifications. After dimpling, each part is inspected to ensure there are no scratches, deformations, or misalignments. The Electric Strut Crimping Machine will alarm if any part is missing or incorrectly placed.

If assembly is incorrect, the machine will not proceed to the next step. Similarly, if dimpling is out of tolerance, an alarm is triggered. Multiple layers of error-proofing prevent defective products from passing. This highly concentrated process previously required two or three separate machines; now, one machine completes all steps without moving parts between stations, greatly improving efficiency.
