Automotive Door Lock Riveting Equipment

This machine performs oiling, spin riveting, screw tightening, and testing all in one. Multiple parts of a door lock require oiling: the pawl assembly, the front and back of the housing, the switch linkage, the cover, the ratchet, and the sector gear. A metering valve precisely controls the oil amount, preventing leaks or shortages.

Spin riveting is performed on multiple points: the cover, ratchet, and pawl are riveted; the roller, linkage, latch, sector gear, and limit components are riveted as well. Copper bushings are press-fitted. Servo drives ensure even force, making the riveting both visually precise and mechanically strong.

Screw tightening is fully error-proofed. Every screw position is automatically checked after tightening, and the machine alarms if a screw is missing. Function testing, including micro switch verification, is performed immediately after assembly. Bad parts are automatically stopped.

We use full-profile fixtures, custom-made for each product, holding the parts securely without causing damage.
