This machine automatically presses nuts into parts. Nuts are fed automatically through a stainless steel vibration bowl with vibration and noise reduction. A FESTO cylinder separates the nuts, ensuring smooth, jam-free operation and orderly feeding. A servo system positions the nuts precisely, while a pneumatic-hydraulic cylinder performs the pressing. Maximum pressing force is 2 tons. The cylinder provides high force with smooth action, preventing damage to the parts.

The machine monitors both force and displacement simultaneously. After pressing, each part is automatically checked to ensure quality. Vacuum suction is applied at the pressing head to hold the nut in place, preventing shifting or loss during pressing. The machine frame is a rigid C-type vertical structure, maintaining excellent coaxiality and stability throughout the pressing process.

A force sensor and a displacement sensor provide real-time curves during pressing. The machine triggers alarms if readings exceed the preset limits or if a pressing operation is not successful.
