Made for Small Diameter Hoses

This machine is designed for small washer pipes with diameters from 2 to 10 millimeters and lengths from 100 to 1,000 millimeters. Wall thickness can be as thin as 0.2 millimeters. It works with PA pipes, PP pipes, and corrugated pipes, and the connectors can be made of PA, PP, or POM.

Operators handle loading and unloading, while the machine performs the core operations. A worker places and positions the part, and the machine automatically completes press fitting and testing. A quick-change fixture allows fast model change - simply replace the fixture, and the machine is ready.

The pull force standard is over 120 Newtons, with a CMK value of 1.66, ensuring a very stable process. Every product is tested for pull force, and any connection that does not meet the requirement is automatically rejected. The assembly line also triggers an alarm if a dust cap is missing.

A three-color signal light provides clear status: green means OK, red indicates a fault, and yellow means the process is not finished. Good parts are automatically marked, while defective parts trigger a sound and light alarm. Operators place defective parts in the scrap box, after which the machine resets and continues operation.

This line handles pipe diameters from 2mm to 10mm, lengths from 100mm to 1,000mm, PA/PP corrugated pipes, and PA/PP/POM connectors. Pull force standard is >120N with CMK ≥ 1.66. The control system uses a Siemens PLC with a touch screen.

It is a non-standard, custom, semi-automatic assembly and test machine. The press gap is less than 1 millimeter, ensuring the pipe body is not damaged. Parameters are displayed on the screen and can be adjusted with a single button. The line meets GR&R accuracy requirements above 70%.
