You load the part once, and the machine completes five steps automatically: rough cutting, burr scraping, inside and outside chamfering, steel ball pass testing, and metal ring press fitting. At the end, the machine automatically sorts good and defective parts. No manual intervention is required.

Our machining precision for flash is less than 0.03 millimeters, exceeding normal industry standards. The cut surface is uniform, the inside wall is automatically cleaned with air, and chamfers are precise with no leftover material. The steel ball test is a 100% inspection, using a 7mm diameter ball. Each pipe must allow the steel ball to pass; if it does not, the machine does not press the metal ring, ensuring the pipe is fully open inside.

The metal ring press fit requires a minimum force of 20 Newtons. After pressing, the metal ring cannot protrude above the product surface or crack. Servo control ensures highly accurate force application.

This line supports two products, allowing production of two types on a single line with fast changeover. The scrap box can hold parts for a full shift, reducing the need for frequent cleaning.
