Automotive Turbocharger Assembly Line
Six Stations That Do All the Work
We built this fully automatic line for five types of turbochargers. It is a non-standard turnkey project, starting with core assembly and ending with finished packing - everything is automated. Our company has been developing such solutions since 2010, providing extensive experience in custom automation.


The line consists of six work stations:
• OP10 – Core Assembly Station: Installs retaining rings, floating bearings, the turbine shaft, seals, and the wheel. Supports snap rings and WH1C structures.
• OP20 – Nut Tightening Station: Automatically tightens the wheel nut and checks shaft end play and seal performance. Only parts that pass both tests move on.
• OP30 – Balancing Station: Performs automatic dynamic balancing. Assembly is accepted only if the unit runs stably at high speed.
• OP40 – Compressor Housing Assembly Station: Installs the nameplate and housing with torque-controlled tightening, compatible with clamp and snap ring structures.
• OP50 – Turbine Housing Assembly Station: Positions and clamps the turbine housing, installs the core, and tightens plate screws with torque control.
• OP60 – Wastegate Station: Installs the wastegate, runs performance tests, and then adds the retaining ring, hose, and dust cover before automatically packing the part.

Every product undergoes thorough testing:
1. Shaft end play (100% of parts)
2. Sealing (100% of parts)
3. Wastegate performance (100% of parts)
4. Dynamic balance (100% of parts)
No step or test is skipped, ensuring every turbocharger meets strict quality standards.
