This fully automatic assembly line is designed for hydraulic reducers. It starts with intelligent error-proofing at material pick-up, followed by servo positioning, servo tightening, automatic press fitting, and robot-assisted handling. All steps operate automatically.

The error-proofing material pick-up system is highly intelligent: it detects the presence of material, verifies the correct model, and ensures proper orientation. The machine alarms if any part is missing, incorrect, or reversed, preventing defective parts from moving forward.

Servo positioning ensures precise assembly. The assembly position remains consistent over many cycles, with no drift. The line uses servo tightening with real-time torque and displacement monitoring. Alarms trigger if torque or displacement is out of range, and defective parts are not released.

Robots support EPSON, YAMAHA, and other brands. They pick, place, and transfer parts between stations, while operators only need to monitor the process. Every station's assembly data is recorded, ensuring full traceability for quality management.
