Air Column Bag Servo Heat Press Module

This machine performs hot press forming for air column bags with full servo control. One independent servo handles material feeding, while another independent servo drives the upper and lower hot plates. Hot pressing is stable and consistent, producing even sealing for every bag.

The modular design allows you to build your own production line. By combining multiple modules, you can produce air column bags of different widths, layers, and structures. All parameters are fully adjustable numerically: feeding length, material storage length, hot press temperature, pressure, and time. When changing products, you only need to adjust the numbers, making product changeover fast.

The Air Column Bag Servo Heat Press Module supports remote debugging and network connectivity.

The machine can connect to the internet, allowing our Shanghai-based team to assist with remote debugging. Centralized control is also supported, simplifying production management. We can customize specifications to your needs: if your product has special dimensions or your output requirement is high, we can design wider modules accordingly.
